RULES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Here are some rules that we kindly ask you to follow during your stay with us...thank you for your cooperation!:)

 

PETS

 

  •  If you're planning to bring your furry friends to our site, please keep in mind that we have a rules to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per site, which must be on a leash at all times. Please don't leave your pets unattended outside or in your RV when it's hot, and make sure to pick up their waste immediately and dispose of it in a bag and into the garbage bin.  (bags will also be provided so please put waste into a bag first)   Lastly, aggressive or noisy pets are not allowed, and failure to comply with this rule may result in being asked to leave without a refund. thank you for your understanding.

SEPTIC

​​

  • We are on a septic system it is very important that if you didnt eat it or drink it then dont flush it, except RV specified toilet paper.  Therefore do not flush paper towels, tissues and wipes, sanitary products, cell phones, dead goldfish, old love letters or hopes and dreams only toilet paper, pee and poo are to go down your loo!

  •  We want everyone to feel relaxed and enjoy their stay so quiet time is from 10pm to 8am, we do not allow   any  loud noises (fireworks etc), music, or parties.   If you need to play your music outside, only do it   quietly....this  may not be the campground for you if you prefer loud music over birds chirping.  You like to   have a few drinks  while on vacation?  Fine, no problem, we just don't allow obnoxious behavior that may   disturb other people.​

  •  Fires are only allowed when there is no fire ban in place, and must stay within the fire ring provided.  All   fires must be fully extinguished and not just left smoldering or unattended.

  •  No parking in empty sites 

  •  All garbage and pet waste must go into a bag first before placing into the garbage bin.

  •  Encourage a breath of fresh air with our no smoking policy for RVs and campers. We kindly ask that all guests   refrain from smoking outside their vehicles to ensure a pleasant outdoor experience for everyone. Thank you   for your cooperation.

  •  Your camper/RV must be self contained with a toilet

  •  Please do not cut or limb trees on the campsite or elsewhere on the property

  •  Please do not litter on the property or leave anything in the firepit, garbage and recycle bins are at your   mercy   and we will not clean up for you, a fee of $20 will be charged if you do not clean up your campsite   upon departure

  •  Do not leave food out of your RV/camper or cooking waste(bones) as we have wildlife that live in the area too

  •  All sites are equipped with a 4" threaded female sewer hose connection. Please ensure you have a suitable     airtight connection before your arrival if you are hooking up to our sewer system. 

  •  Generators are not permitted

  •  No drones

  •  No tiny homes or park models 

  •  Only your vehicle that is attached to your motorhome/RV or used to tow your trailer is allowed to park at   the  site overnight, guests are allowed but must leave by 11pm  (your guests must also follow quiet time rules)

Violation of the above Rules may result in immediate eviction without refund

RESERVATIOS

READY TO START YOUR VACATION!!? 
Here is all the information you will need before you book 

  • We are not responsible or liable for accidents, personal injury or lost stolen property

  • All reservations are payable in full upon booking

  • Sites #2-5 are 40'wide and 70' long and site #1 is triangular and may not be suited for the longest vehicle and better for smaller campers:)

  • The sites are oriented East and West so if you were to back in, your passenger side would be getting Southern sun and there is evening shade.  Depending on your comfort level of driving you could always pull straight in and therefore have your passenger side facing North it just may be easier to drive out vs backing out.

  • Sites are subject to change and site numbers are not guaranteed. 

  • Minimum number of nights on a long weekend is 3 nights. No refunds or credits will be given for bookings over long weekends.

  • Check in time is 2pm and not after dark.  Please call ahead if you are needing an early check in or arriving past dark. Check out time is 11am.

  •  You must have a reservation prior to arrival 

Cancellation Policy

  •    0-14 days notice is no refund

  •    15-29 days notice is 50% refund   

  •    30 days or more is 100% refund 

  • No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservations

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations that are outside of our control; weather, vehicle issues, ferry delays, illness, etc.

  • Refunds are only given on original bookings, once dates have been changed, the deposit is non-refundable 

  • Deposits/reservations are non-transferable and refunds/credits are not given for early departures or late arrivals. 

  • No refunds will be given to guests that are asked to leave for violation of the rules

RATES

- All rates are in Canadian Funds  

- 5 % GST is charged on all rates

- Rates are subject to change

- Maximum 4 adults per campsite               and maximum of 6 people per site( children   16 years and younger)

- Tents on site are an extra $20
